Accountability Groups

UAC Accountability Groups

~ Welcome to Your Accountability Calls ~

As an agreement, we request each member follow the recommended guidelines/structure below:

  1. Anonymity – Accountability calls are a great way to truly level up your life and business within UAC. Part of this process may include open and vulnerable conversations within the group and with this, we ask that each member agree to keep all conversations completely confidential and respectful.
  2. Commitment – Accountability groups are a hugely valuable part of being in the UAC, with this we set the expectation for group meetings and times to be honored.  Please show up on time, contribute and enjoy this process.  The relationships built can be lasting friendships and can help catapult you into the future you envision.

~ The Accountability Rhythm ~

  1. Each group will have a designated ‘Team Leader’ to keep the group on schedule and on topic.
  2. Opening Segment (roughly 10-minutes)
    1. Speed Round – Each member of the group will answer the following three (3) questions in 2-3 minutes:
      1. In one word, how are you feeling? (i.e. Inspired, Frustrated, Energized, etc.)
      2. What is your win?
      3. Where are you stuck?
  3. Fix the ‘Stuck’ (roughly 40-minutes)
    1. After each person has had equal time answering the questions above, the bulk of the call will be fixing each person’s stuck, through sourcing the group’s insight and knowledge.
    2. The Team Leader will be responsible for keeping this on topic/time.
  4. Wrap-Up Segment (roughly 10-minutes)
    1. One-word exit – now that the call is coming to a close, how are you feeling?
    2. Main takeaway – what did you hear, what did you learn, what is your action step walking away from the call today?

We recommend that you follow this group call format for the first call of each month (depending on your meeting rhythm).  All other calls can an open forum for the group to discuss other matters. This proposed format allows for structure and serves as a  guideline to getting the absolute most from your UAC accountability group.
